On the Alerts Listing page, we have added a column to show the template that alerts have been created for.
Setup Area
Ability to Expand/Collapse Permission Tables
Above each permission table that can be expanded, there is now a button to expand/collapse the table.
Permissions Matrix Tables – Display a Dash in Checkbox of Root Category/Folder if Something has Been Granted within
In the Permissions Tables, for any category/folder where a permission has been granted, we will display a dash in the checkbox to indicate that permissions have been granted within that category or folder.
Bug Fixes
This release fixes the following issues:
- On the Alerts Listing page, alerts now correctly sort alphabetically by name.
- ‘Save’ button is not clickable unless changes have been made to the Signature component.
- Signature component timestamp updating even though no changes are made to the component. We have changed this behavior so that the ‘Save’ button is not clickable unless changes have been made to the Signature component.
- Form ID not displaying on the form within the Auto Populate component when it is completed.
- Granting a user group access to a dashboard report should automatically grant the user group access the dashboard, without having to grant permission to the reports that make up the dashboard report.
- Alerts and Notifications nodes not synching changes to alert configurations consistently.
- Better handling of some specific scenarios that can occur for the approve/reject workflow feature. Changing a template to allow form filler to choose approvers to a defined a sequence; changing a template that requires approval to not require approval.
